平均心率156，最高心率176，平均配速541。还能挺住，但这样的心率实在有点不太靠谱。这个夏天工作日的2-3次10K只能有一次变速跑，余下的应该用 #永远28岁# 的最大心率152。今天湿度大，但风也不小，所以汗出得很疯狂却不是盛夏的那种闷热。坐等雨，坐等风，坐等降温啊啊啊 #xrspook未行够#
