平均心率154，最高心率174，平均配速624。闷热就这么来了，为什么平均步频会这么慢？？？？？最明显的问题是很多散点蓝色，那代表我折返的时候动作拖沓，昨天我也的确这么觉得，我在折返那里耗费了不少时间，36圈72次折返，每次浪费2秒，呵呵呵。我们的国歌节奏其实很适合跑步的，就是呢，短了点，不到100米就得一轮了…… #xrspook未行够#
